Category A1 Rules For Motorcyclists
The rules of category A1 are applicable to those who want to operate small motorcycles. These motorcycles have capacity of cylinders up to 35 kW. They cannot be directly derived from vehicles that have more than twice their power.
The open drone operation category can be subdivided into three categories: A1 to A3. You can fly drones that have the class label C0 or A1 within the A1 subcategory (flying over people) until January 2024.
A1
Category A1 is the first of three drone categories that are controlled by EASA. It is applicable to aircraft up to a maximum takeoff mass (MTOM), which is 25 kilograms. It requires a log of flight and a flight plan, a remote identification system, and a geoawareness. The drone must also be in the view of the pilot at all times. It is prohibited to fly in the vicinity of people or areas that are used for commercial, recreational or industrial purposes. The drone should stay within 120 meters.

The applicants for a category A1 license must have at least 16 years of experience riding two-wheeled motor vehicles. They must also have completed the obligatory basic training, and passed both a theory as well as a practical test. In addition, they must possess an official medical certificate.
A1 license holders are able to use two-wheeled mopeds as the capacity for cylinders is not greater than 125 cc and their power-to-weight ratio is no more than 0.1 kg/kW. A2 permits you to fly transitional drones that aren't CE-marked but have been modified to lessen the risk of collisions with other people. These drones will only be allowed to fly in A2 up until the end 2022. After that, they'll need to comply with the A3 regulations.
The A1 and A2 categories are designed to help you become a safe and confident motorcyclist. A3

Drones with a Class identification label C2 can be operated in subcategory A2 provided that the drone meets the dimensions required and the remote pilot is able to pass an additional test of theoretical knowledge. This test is designed for the remote pilot to assess their knowledge of the technical and operation mitigations that address the extra dangers associated with flying larger drones (class A2, weighing less than 4kg mass), close to people. A successful passing of this exam will result in the awarding of an 'attestation of competence to fly category A2'.

A4
The DOH is preparing detailed guidelines for category A4. They will be in line with other procedures and include specifics like the number of dressing changes per day. They will be presented to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infections (IATF-EID) and the DOH National Immunization Technical Advisory Group. The IATF-EID and the DOH-National Immunization Technical Advisory Group will be reviewing and approving these guidelines before they are finalized.
Drones with the C0 or C1 can fly within 50 meters of people who aren't involved in the incident. This is a low-risk subcategory, but stringent precautions should be taken to prevent accidents. Drones that aren't classified in either A1 or A2 must have passed an additional test of knowledge in order to be able to operate in this subcategory.
This test is designed to measure your knowledge of the additional risks associated from flying drones in close proximity to people. The certificate of competence is awarded upon the successful completion of this test. The operator must maintain at least 30 metres between the aircraft and all non-involved person or 5 metres if flying in slow-flight mode.

If you want to obtain a motorcycle license you must pass a certain number of training sessions to take the test, and then pass the practical test. This number varies based on your age, abilities and learning speed. However, a minimum of 12 lessons lasting 90 minutes must be completed.

The new category E integrates classes A1 (retail), class A2 (financial and professional services) and class B1 (offices), class A4 (restaurants/cafes) and classes A5 and B5 (hot food takeaway).
